Area of usage:
It is the separator material used at porcelain crown bridge applications that provides porcelain structure’s parts (such as gingival zone pockets and margin structure), which contacts with plaster, to be pulled out net and completely without being stuck.

Properties:
• It is an appropriate material for dental porcelain applications.
• Thanks to its hydrophobic feature, it provides the parts on porcelain structure, such as gingival zone pockets and margins, to be pulled out in full and net without being stuck by preventing the vacuum that will occur on base.
• It completely disappears in furnace, and does not leave waste as organic oils do.
• It does not constitute undesired results on porcelain such as crack, color change and porosity.
• It is recommended that it is applied as thin as possible and this provides economy.
• There are two types, one of which is transparent and the other is cream colored. Cream colored one is also used as separator in wax modelling.

Recommended Usage: First a layer of nail polish is applied on plaster to prevent absorption then a very thin layer of separator Isokeramik is applied.
