Coşkan Dental added a brand new modeling liquid to its Keram&Keramik products, which is produced for the first time in the world.

* Your porcelain powder will become doughy with this liquid called Turkaform and you will be able to make porcelain pile with a spatula like acrylic. Thus you will both give desired form more detailed, safely and artistic and provide substantial saving from time.

* First stage is the mixing stage of the powder. Mix approximately 4 units of powder with 1 unit of liquid. For better and easier mixing, use sanded glass. First mix a little powder with liquid and then add rest of the powder in small amounts till reaching the right consistency. At the end of this process, you will see that how your powder became doughy in a way you have never met before and how elastic and soft it is.

* Before proceeding to porcelain pile, wet your crown with a brush. This process will facilitate the first applied porcelain layer to adsorb to surface. Hereafter may be proceeded to pile stage.

* Thanks to Turkaform, you will derive pleasure of forming interdental spaces, anatomic tubers and details with spatula that you can never do with a brush, when it was in dough form.

* Thanks to Turkaform your porcelain dough will stay in the same consistency till you want to dry it.

* There is opportunity of applying preliminary drying in several methods:

1. With a heat source such as hair dryer
2. Under door of your furnace
3. By providing absorption of the liquid with interspersion of worked powder on the working material by means of a brush.

You are free to choose one or more of these alternatives.

* With Turkaform, at modelage stage there is no need to refrain if the material breaks or not. You can safely carve your extremely durable porcelain material.
* You can obtain one or more desired alternative modelage hardness according to the hand skill by leaving it wet, semi-wet, fully dry or at a level between those during dehumidification. It is useful to make long dehumidification if you want to make hard modelage.
* With Turkaform you can make modelage safely at modelage stage as if making a wax modelage.
Binders in its formulation will compose a very durable structure by ensuring powder particles to bind each other harder and provide you an extra confidential modelage ease.

* Before the transparent layer piling, it is useful to wet the surface with Turkaform liquid. This process will ensure your transparent powder bound to dentine powder better.

* With Turkaform there is no need to wet additionally like other liquids. Thus a substantial saving is provided from liquid.
